The story behind my wreaths

I had to make a visit to the wholesalers this morning and they have big trolleys filled with pre-made spruce wreaths which can be bought and decorated to sell on.
Today I am making up some of my wreath orders and it has just dawned on me that I don't think I have made a point of telling people the whole story behind my wreaths.
(Don't get me wrong the ones you can buy pre made are beautiful and I'm not trying to take away from anyone who does wreaths this way...especially if ...you have lots to make!)
My wreaths are all hand made from scratch using moss and wire rings - the same way I teach on my workshops.
I forage all of my foliage from our fields and hedgerows at the flower farm in a beautiful valley between Bristol and Bath.
All of my wreaths are slightly different and what I have on the day depends on which tree or hedgerow I walked to cut from. This wreath is so lovely I'm not sure it even needs decorating but that's the brief...and I have to get on with it now 😉
Thanks for reading what makes these that extra bit special
